Places remain subject to fit, risk, safeguarding and available capacity. External costs and separately contracted services are explained before commitment. Market Accord does not guarantee clients, employment, funding, introductions, certification, buyer approval, inclusion on a framework, contract award, revenue or business success.
4. Registry and badge status
A registry record and linked badge describe only the relationship, scope, dates and status shown. Users must open the live record before relying on a badge. Market Accord may correct, suspend, expire or revoke a status where facts, responsibility, risk or compliance change.
5. Submissions
Do not submit confidential tender documents, bank information, special-category personal data, unlawful material, unverified allegations or information you are not authorised to share through public forms. Submission does not transfer intellectual property except the limited permission needed to assess and respond. Research and publication permissions are agreed separately.
6. Downloadable resources
You may use and adapt public checklists and templates internally. You must not resell them substantially unchanged, remove attribution while presenting them as Market Accord-issued assurance, or use them to imply certification, accreditation or approval. Adaptation remains your responsibility.
