Experience should be more than watching someone else work

The Experience Studio helps a participant take responsibility for a defined part of a real project. That might mean researching a market, developing a brand, creating a customer journey, setting up operations, producing content, testing a service or helping deliver a controlled pilot.

A project can have its own public identity, but it cannot hide who operates it. Before any client activity begins, Market Accord records the legal operator, supervision, contracting party, insurance and data responsibilities appropriate to the work.

What you can build

A project with a purpose—not an invented job title.

The project is chosen around your interests, the needs of a real audience and what can be supervised responsibly.

A supported micro-brand

Develop an honest service or content brand, its proposition, identity, audience and route to suitable prospects.

A practical client project

Contribute to research, content, service design, operations or delivery under a scope the client understands.

An internal Market Accord project

Help develop resources, market signals, events, community activity or an evidence-led initiative with a named role.

Your evidence pathway

What you leave with.

No certificate can replace practical evidence. Your record should show the work, decisions, feedback and improvement behind the claim.

Role record

What you owned, contributed to and were supervised on.

Work samples

Consented outputs suitable for a portfolio or interview.

Capability evidence

Processes, decisions, results, feedback and improvements you can explain.

Verified project history

An optional public registry/profile record with dates and limitations.

Safety and fairness

Learning must not become disguised free labour.

  • The learning purpose, participant role, time expectation and supervision are agreed.
  • A client is told when work forms part of supported experience.
  • High-risk or regulated work is excluded unless competent supervision and agreements exist.
  • Client payment, participant payment and ownership of work are documented where applicable.
  • Public profiles, case studies and named work require separate consent.
  • At launch, direct participation is for adults aged 18 or over; any younger-person route would require separate safeguarding arrangements.
  • A participant can raise a concern, decline publication or stop an unsuitable activity.

Turn an interest into attributable experience.
