The sponsor relationship
Bid Champions Ltd is the founding sponsor of Market Accord. Its contribution includes volunteered staff time, procurement and business expertise, website infrastructure, administration and practical resources. That contribution helps free support exist where stated.
Sponsorship does not make Bid Champions the owner or operator of every participant brand, volunteer project, partner activity or buyer–supplier conversation. Nor can sponsorship purchase favourable research, registry status, a badge or a complaint outcome.
Where Bid Champions directly administers a website form, licenses a mark or enters an agreement, the relevant legal notice names that limited role. Independent projects must publish their own operator and controller information.
