Last updated 20 August 2026Supported by Bid Champions Ltdmarketaccord.co.uk

1. Licence

Bid Champions Ltd grants an eligible project a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to display the supplied Market Accord status badge for the legal entity, project, scope and period stated in its live registry record.

2. Conditions

  • The badge must link directly to the corresponding marketaccord.co.uk registry record.
  • The image, wording, colours and registry ID must not be altered.
  • The status must be current and used only for the registered scope.
  • Nearby wording must not imply certification, accreditation, approval, buyer endorsement or guaranteed quality.
  • Changes to operator, ownership, scope, risk, funding or material evidence must be reported.

3. Review, suspension and revocation

Market Accord may review status at any time and may suspend, expire or revoke permission where a record is inaccurate, evidence is withheld, the badge is misleading, the relationship ends, risk changes or the licence is breached.

4. After status ends

The project must remove the badge from websites, proposals, social profiles, documents and premises within the period stated in the notice, normally ten working days. Historic factual statements must specify the past status and dates.

5. Monitoring and misuse

Market Accord may use proportionate public monitoring to identify misuse. Suspected misuse can be reported through the complaints route. The existence of a copied image does not prove a valid licence.

6. No assurance duty to third parties

The badge is a relationship and status mark, not an assurance opinion. Buyers, customers and funders remain responsible for their own due diligence.
