Accessibility statement

How marketaccord.co.uk is designed, tested and improved for accessible use.

Last updated 20 August 2026Supported by Bid Champions Ltdmarketaccord.co.uk

Commitment

Market Accord is committed to making marketaccord.co.uk usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, speech input or browser customisation.

Target and current status

The site was designed against WCAG 2.2 level AA principles. Launch testing covers keyboard navigation, focus visibility, semantic headings and landmarks, labels, colour contrast, responsive zoom, reduced motion, alternative text and form errors. It has not yet received an independent accessibility audit, so Market Accord does not describe conformance as independently verified.

Known limitations

  • Third-party websites and official source documents linked from Market Accord are outside our control.
  • Some legacy source documents may be PDFs or spreadsheets with accessibility limitations.
  • Automatically retrieved source descriptions may contain formatting created by the original publisher.
  • Print-to-PDF output depends on the user's browser and may not preserve every semantic feature.

Alternative formats and feedback

Email hello@marketaccord.co.uk if you need content in another reasonable format or encounter a barrier. Include the page, task, browser or assistive technology where you are comfortable doing so. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days and explain the intended response.

Preparation

This statement was prepared on 20 August 2026 using automated checks, code review and representative manual testing. It will be reviewed after material design or functionality changes and at least annually.

Enforcement context

Market Accord is a community supported through a private company rather than a public-sector body. It nevertheless targets WCAG 2.2 AA and recognises the wider duty of UK service providers to consider reasonable adjustments.
