Capability Evidence Record Structure
A portable index connecting every important claim to attributable evidence, ownership and limitations.
Use note: adapt this document to the organisation, sector, legal duties and delivery risk. Completion is not certification, buyer approval or proof that a control operates.
Capability index
Use one row for each material claim made to a buyer, partner, customer, insurer or funder.

Evidence quality test
- Is the evidence current enough for the decision?
- Does it belong to this legal organisation, a named person, a partner or a pilot?
- Can the owner explain how the process operates?
- Does the evidence show normal operation, only a plan or one exceptional event?
- Are confidentiality, consent and intellectual-property restrictions recorded?
- What would make the claim inaccurate or misleading?
